How do you use the phrase "troubleshoot" in the past tense . . .
... troubleshot??
... troubleshooted??

I just found the answer online ... but, I don't want to give it away until you have thought long and hard about what it might be (as I did this evening).
And don't cheat by looking it up online right now. You must think about it for awhile until your brain goes crazy - then you can look it up.
What is "troubleshout(ed)"?
I can't believe you made this into a blog posting...you are hilarious.
As a person who "troubleshoots" for a living, in the Navy - I would have to say that "Troubleshot" is the correct past-tense usage --- I have even used the word in official documentation --- but the Navy is known for using words incorrectly for reasons of tradition. For example, on a ship they will announce that you can smoke on the "smokedeck" by saying "The smoking lamp is lighted".
I would have to say "troubleshot"
you are right --- troubleshot
